  I've been staying in Gabby's Cabins for the last 13 year's and it's been the most amazing experience I've had. The owners are genuinely amazing and nice. The cabins are beautiful and the views are breath taking. I'm not one to bash others for their reviews but it seems like some people believe a cabin should be like the Waldorf Astoria in NYC. Lol Anyway I was just there this past Saturday and stayed in cabin 5 which was immaculate and we had an amazing time. Also the pond on the property is super fun to fish in and well stocked! Thank you for everything and we will see you again in 2 weeks!

  Beyond terrible customer service. These owners are rude and tasteless. They sent a letter in the mail stating that we were at fault for our problems there and when I called the owner she hung up on me. I would never support these people or recommend them to anyone. They are acting all kind and sweet on this website by apologizing and offering a free one night rental, yet called us disturbing in our letter and insuinuated that we made our problems up. They even go on to ‘suggest that we stay elesewhere on our next trip to Helen’. I've never felt so belittled in my life. We had an amazing experience in Helen and this was our only complaint. We ended up switching to the Jameson Inn and we loved it there! Go to the Jameson Inn!!!
